PREVENTION AGAINST PESTICIDES IN PUBLIC SPACE POLICY
Wildlife One is dedicated to conservation through practical action. We recognise that regardless of the amount of local community led Initiatives, if the wider public spaces are inhospitable for Wildlife species, then we have little Chance to Succeed in our mission of saving as much wildlife as Possible, upholding animal rights, and conserving the natural Environment of the united Kingdom.
As a result, we operate our PPIPS policy, a Scheme designed to regulate and uphold conservation in Great Britain by signing up local councils, Housing associations, and other land-owning bodies to a Commitment to four Principles of conservation around preventing and Lowering the use of pesticides. We operate our PPIPS nationally, and it has been endorsed by several MP’s and conservationists. Accredited PPIPS partners are entitled to display our PPIPS Accreditation badge to showcase their commitment to lessening Pesticide use to the General public.
